How Coaching Works

01 — Consultation

Coaching begins with a free consultation where we talk through what’s been challenging, what support could look like, and whether this feels like a good fit. This is a chance to ask questions, understand how I work, and determine whether we’re a strong fit to move forward together.

02 — Initial Session

The initial session is a more in-depth conversation. We’ll take a closer look at your current challenges, patterns, and goals, and begin identifying where things are breaking down. This session helps establish direction and creates a clear starting point for the work ahead.

03 — Ongoing Support

This is where we build and refine systems, but the real work happens between sessions as you apply them in your day-to-day life. Coaching is active and collaborative, with a focus on consistency, follow-through, and making adjustments based on what holds up in real life

What Coaching Includes

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Systems designed around how you actually function

  • Ongoing support and accountability

  • Real-time adjustments based on what’s working

  • Practical strategies you can apply in your daily life

Session Details

Most sessions are 60 minutes and designed to provide the time and structure needed to build momentum and work through challenges in a meaningful way.

Shorter 30-minute sessions are available for established clients who are maintaining progress and need continued support and accountability.

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom and are scheduled weekly or biweekly. Weekly sessions support stronger consistency and momentum, while biweekly sessions are a good fit for those who are comfortable with a slower pace of progress.

Get Started

Starting coaching is a decision to approach things differently.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, this is a space to figure that out with structure and support.

The consultation is a chance to talk through what’s been challenging, what you’re looking for, and whether this is a good fit, for both of us.
