KEY CHALLENGES
Stephanie and John were new to ADHD and unsure how to create the structure and systems Max needed at home.
Daily transitions, like coming home from school, starting homework, and getting ready for bed, were often filled with outbursts and emotional dysregulation.
They felt overwhelmed and unequipped to handle the behavioral challenges, especially while juggling work, household responsibilities, and parenting their younger daughter (who does not have ADHD).
The stress and chaos were affecting the whole family, including their daughter, and Stephanie and John often felt frustrated, depleted, and unsure where to turn for support.
